Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below:
“The Best Therapy” If you are serious about quitting smoking then you need to have some support. It is very difficult to quit something as addictive as smoking without someone else to encourage you in your efforts. The biggest problem that you face in quitting is being around those people that are not. If you are like most smokers, you have associated with several different people over the years that smoke like you do and they will continue without you. So the question arises, “how am I going to deal with this when a lot of the people that I know smoke.” This is a common problem.
The first thing that you need to do is to inform all of your “smoking buddies” that you are officially quitting the habit. Probably ever single one of them has tried to quit as well and will be encouraging to you in your efforts. If they aren't, then you need to make an effort to avoid those people for the time being because they will not help in your efforts and may be a hindrance. You will also need to let all the non-smokers in your life know that you are quitting because they will be your biggest allies in this endeavour. Identify a small handful of non-smokers and ex-smokers to become your support group. One of these people should be around at anytime you may need them by phone or in person. Talk to them about your goals and any difficulties you are having with quitting. Ask them to intervene if they see you begin to slip. The most important thing to do is use them frequently to reinforce your efforts at quitting. The support of these people to reach your goal is by far the best therapy because they truly want you to succeed.
