Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below:
“ Holiday Smoking Issues” It is that time of year. Christmas parties, cocktail parties and friendly gatherings require your attendance on a weekly basis for the holiday season. You know that at least a few of these parties will be held in a facility that allows smoking or in an environment where smoking is not only allowed but encouraged. During the holiday season, it is most difficult to avoid these events for fear of offending your clients, co-workers, superiors, family members or friends. It is imperative that you go into these events knowing that the temptation will arise and that you need to have a plan to succeed.
If your party is being held in a restaurant or bar where smoking is allowed, plan to make your appearance, eat dinner and cut out early and quietly. If you know that a drink will blow your will power, pass on the free alcohol. If you are among people whose company you enjoy, immerse yourself in conversation. When the group takes the trip to the smoking section or outside to have a smoke, politely decline the invitation and take that time to introduce yourself to someone new. Take advantage of your environment to keep you busy and keep your mind off of lighting up.
…to your freedom…
