Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below:
“Relapse Happens” Relapse may sound like a four letter word to some but it is a natural part of breaking an addiction. Very few people can resolve to quit smoking and never have another cigarette for the rest of their lives. Always remember, that anyone who tells you that they just quit “cold turkey” and never relapsed is probably not telling you the whole story. Relapse happens and just like the millions of other ex-smokers in the world you will probably face this issue during your recovery.
The most important thing to remember if you relapse is that this does not mean that quitting smoking is impossible or something that you just can't do. If this should be your thinking let me assure you that this is not the case. Many ex-smokers went back to smoking at some time during their efforts to quit and still eventually gave it up. You will too. It is essential that you keep your attitude positive and that you renew your resolve to quit. It would be beneficial to think about why the relapse happened and how you plan on avoiding this in your next attempt. If necessary write it down somewhere to come back to if you find yourself in the same place again. If you need more help then seek out somebody who has quit and ask them for their advice. Ex-smokers are usually more than happy to share their experience and you may pick up on some very useful tips that you haven't previously considered. Whatever you do, don't give up!
…to your freedom…
