Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below:
“Don't Buy Cigarettes” It is hard to smoke if you don't have any cigarettes to smoke. This appears, on the surface, to be a rather simplistic approach to quitting smoking. However, I can guarantee that you will be a lot closer to your goal of stopping if you make an effort to do this. All you have to do is resolve to not buy anymore cigarettes as a part of an overall approach to quitting. The point of doing this is to make it harder to have a smoke. If you are trying to quit but you have six packs of Ultra Lights in your cabinet the temptation to “just have one” is overpowering for most smokers in the early stages of quitting. On the other hand, if you don't have any cigarettes within easy access then you have to take several affirmative steps to obtain them. All of these steps will require you to think about what you are doing and why you are doing it. The more steps you have to take to get a cigarette in your hands the better the likelihood that you will stop yourself.
For example, if you are at home and want a cigarette but don't have any in the house, you would have to decide to leave the house, get in your car, drive to the smoke shop, and purchase a pack of cigarettes before you could have one. At each of those steps you would have the opportunity to think better of what you are doing. However, if you are at home, want a cigarette and you have some in the drawer by the refrigerator all you have to do is go get them and light up. There are no intermediate steps between you and the cigarette which could make you change your mind. This may seem simple but it gives you a better chance of quitting and an opportunity to make a better decision.
…to your freedom…
