Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below:
“Constant Positive Reminder” “Stop smoking now because you want to live a long life,” was a sign that I put on my bathroom mirror soon after I decided that I wasn't going to smoke anymore. It seemed so simple, however it was a powerful reminder of what it was that I was doing and why. Every morning when I got up that was the first thing that I saw and it was the last thing I saw before bed. Soon after I found success with this sign, I started putting signs everywhere. My inside of my back door, which was the passageway I used to pass through many times a day on my way to a smoke break, read the sign, “You do want to see your grandchildren, right?” On the back of my front door, “You are not going to smoke today because it feels so good!” On my steering wheel, “You don't need a cigarette because you are in control of your actions.” On my desk at work, “Tell your smoking group that you are no longer smoking and encourage them to join you on a walk around the block.”
I also received a lot of questions about these signs and the answers to these questions further reinforced my resolve. I found that answering the questions made me repeat out loud my mantra that, “I was quitting smoking for good and these positive statements helped me to maintain my resolve at my weakest moments.” Try it and you will be surprised at just how much these “silly little signs” help .
…to your freedom…
