Highly Recommended ‘Quit Smoking Right Now' System – Click Below: …to your freedom…
Text Version: Hello and welcome back to this Stop Smoking Audio series,
This week I want you to think about all the events that have happened in your life and I want you to choose one particular time which you would probably say was the hardest time of your entire life. Whether it was a personal tragedy, a bereavement, being made redundant, being involved in a collision on the road or whatever. Just choose a time which was for you probably life at its hardest. Now remember how you really struggled to get through it, and use that to drive you onwards when you start to feel that giving up smoking is hard. Giving up smoking is publicised as being a very hard thing to do, and we believe that there are many possible reasons why it has this reputation, maybe because nicotine is so powerful, maybe because the media and Tobacco companies are so powerful and this belief keeps millions of people smoking every day. Whatever the reason is, giving up tobacco has an image and a reputation of being a huge task to undertake, which is somehow ‘virtually impossible'.
I now ask you to think about that worst moment or time in your life, and I ask you, how on earth can they say giving up smoking is difficult?! Quitting smoking is nowhere near as hard as these really troublesome and testing times in life. But we have been taught to believe that it is just that hard.
Well I want you to think of smoking as a walk in the park, and whilst it does have some hard times associated with it, they are laughably easy when they are compared to times of bereavement or REAL personal turmoil. So forget everything you know or think you know about the hardships of giving up smoking, think of those hard times, think of people starving to death all over the world, think of the millions of people who died in the icy trenches of the world wars and ask yourself, am I really unable to just stop putting this thing in my mouth and lighting it?! GET REAL, this is NOT the end of the world, this is a habit you are used to doing, and now you must stop doing it because it is going to kill you. That's all there is to it, just treat it like a chore, get it done and move on to the next challenge in your life, if you do, you are far more likely to succeed in all things you do.
That's it for this issue, next time we are going to lift the lid on a little known organisation which is inviting the big tobacco giants into its own back yard…
