| Audio Course Testimonial.... "Dear Martin, I would like to thank you for your assistance in restoring the faith within myself to break free from cigarettes and to breathe again. Although, back in early November 2005 I did stop smoking because I freaked when I saw blood in my morning sputum, I nonetheless starting again in June, but only to have experienced a very bad bronchitis in Paris of this past September. I had not needed to smoke there because everyone smokes in the Paris clubs, streets ….. even in stores. Since my return I could not even smoke here simply cause my system didn't want it; my concern was the bronchitis. Now, almost a month without smoking a cigarette I feel proud of myself and early when I start this divorce from smokes I went out to a party and of course close friends of mine still smoke, I had to face the demons of tobacco and release what courage the nicotine had suppressed all these years. I said to myself now that my will power is there and I did not feel weak I can look back on this victory should I see myself slide. Now, the blood in my sputum which I mentioned above is due by and large to my sinuses, however, the bronchitis still persists and my doctor after viewing x-rays of my lungs confirmed that this is one nasty bronchitis; without the cough. I remember from childhood how I would be trying to watch TV and my dad (he was a heavy smoker) used to blow the smoke towards the TV and it made me angry because I felt I needed a knife just to cut through the smoke. I use my anger from this part of my childhood to hate cigarettes and all the problems it causes society and life. Thanks once again for your audios I really appreciate it and as a matter of fact I wrote down the benefits you mentioned from 20 minutes after smoking to 3 months and I keep it with me should ever that urge creeps up again. I am extremely interested though in the history of the tobacco industry and their covering up of this blue killer. Again thanks & cheers, Edward" Edward Scott, England
